With the plethora of options available when it comes to pry bars and EDC gear it can be daunting to find one to suit your tastes. My task here at multitool.org is to weed through them, let you know how said tools fair and help you in your decision making. A little while back I stumbled upon an EDC tool company I had never heard of eXtreme EDC.
eXtreme EDC is a small company that's been around since 2014 and based in the heart of Europe. Their passion is for EDC gear and self-defense equipment, proudly producing products that are produced only in the Czech Republic. They cooperate with many local companies to produce these tools with emphasis on perfect machine processing, the best materials and surface finish. eXtreme EDC makes a lot of stuff in different categories, today we're taking a look at a few pry tools and a keychain ratchet driver.
We can’t deny it anymore- our world has changed.
The big question is, how has your EDC changed to go along with it? With many of us being largely housebound, do you need less options in your Every Day Carry, or, are you carrying more because now you finally have time to look at that Honey Do list that you have been avoiding since you didn’t have time before?
Since I got the package from Maxpedition last month I have been using the heck out of the stuff to see if it’s just pretty, or whether it is worthy of the Maxpedition name. After putting a few miles on the stuff I thought it was a bout time I talked about the sheath specifically.
I wasn’t sure what size sheath to get when I ordered them from Maxpedition, so I asked them to determine what size would be best to fit a Leatherman Surge. It’s good that I did because I was thinking about getting the large one because I figured the big Surge would need it.
Some time ago we introduced Merit Badges on the forum for members who wanted to share parts of their collection or what they'd accomplished with them. Since they were introduced we have almost doubled the number of available badges, including a number of Challenge Badges. Now, we introduce another Challenge Badge, but this one has a little twist.
