Kershaw's Select Fire, designed by Gavin Hawk is, in my opinion anyway, one of the best "Tool knife" type designs out there.The bit driver is nice and long to access recessed screws, carries four bits in pop out carriers, and is completely unobtrusive when using the knife blade.
